Hmm, now I see how it works. I thought the WoodyTemplateTransformer only
copied the contents of the wi:styling tag, but apparently it copies
everything.

In any case, the current implementation seems like a temporary solution,
I thought the idea was to let the wi:help be specified in either the
form definition or the form template, with the form template taking
precedence over the form definition. The logic for handling all this
still lacks however. Confusingly enough, for wd:label it is exactly the
reverse: it can currently only be specified in the form definition, not
in the form template.
