Technically you are looking for a content management system. You may want to look at Lenya (Cocoon sub project), which is a Cocoon-based CMS. I don't know much about it, but I would assume it should do what you need.
For a really simple CMS you can also have a look at the linotype block delivered Cocoon 2.1.
