How do I store my continuation ID in a hidden field in Woody.instead of
in the URL? I'd like to keep my URLs clean so that a URL refers directly
to a specific resource.
At present, the continuation ID gets into the form using:jxpath with:

<wt:form-template action="#{$continuation/id}.continue" method="POST">

So I presume I've got to use jxpath somehow somewhere else in my
template, but where?
