Unbelievable that they guy took the time to register on the Cocoon user mailing list and then sends this message...
He may have been moderated through. He probably also is just following the advice on the default error page which should have been modified by the developer who created the Teach and Learn application (whatever that is).
Mr. Lee, you'll need to contact the author of the TaL software about this problem.
