How can I add headers and footers in a PDF document without rewriting my own serializer?
Is the iText-xml format more precise that the dtd tells (I mean, is there more tags than itext, symbol, chunk, phrase, anchor, paragraph, list, listitem, chapter, section, title, sectioncontent, table, raw, cell, image, annotation, newpage, newline, entity, ignore)
Thank you for your answers. I suppose we have to enrich this DTD if necessary...
