What if write a pipeline that matches on the pattern "**", wouldn't that do
what you want? Of course you'd have to put it on the bottom of the sitemap.
works like a charm :)
Maybe you also want to test on existance of resources, using the
"resource-exists" selector withing pipelines.
is this available in 2.0.4?
