Documentation: all {variables} for sitemap.xmap

Hello,

I have found a lot of examples of variables eg {host} 
{request:contextPath} that I can use in sitemap.

However does it exist somewhere in the documentation an exhaustive list 
of all these variables?

At the beginning I was looking for something like {cocoonHome} eg 
'/home/phil/bin/jakarta-tomcat-5.0.18/webapps' in order to write a 
custom generator returning an event for the 'last modified' date of a 
specific file in the file system.

I'm using Cocoon 2.1.3 with Tomcat 5.0.18.
