I think you need to replace the match in your last template:
<xsl:template match="Time | Action | Price | Name | Name1">
As it is now, it's going to catch a lot of calls that it shouldn't, and
prevent the process from reaching some other templates.
Also, I don't think this is doing what you want:
<xsl:variable
name="colnumber"><xsl:number level="single"
from="column" count="column"/></xsl:variable>
It should just be <xsl:variable name="colnumber" select="position()"/>.
