samples/xmldb is not working me because:
Create collection ...
Create collection should succeed on the first run, but will fail on 
subsequent runs

and I cannot found any insert in this sample:-(
 

It uses the XMLDBTransformer to create the collection, etc. Look at the 
sitemap for the xmldb block.
