cocoon with JBoss

Hi, I downloaded cocoon 2.1.4 and unziped it, then I typed build and then 
made a war file and put it in my JBoss, but I do not know if I did it 
correctly can yo tel me how to do it, or please tell me what files do I have 
to put in my war

And finally when I type http://127.0.0.1/cocoon what am I suposed to get?
