Yes, I remember that one. I also had it some days lying around in my
inbox until I decided not to answer. For generic problem descriptions
the effort to explain many view points on them is just to high - and we
developers are all lazy, aren't we? Additionally you included 2
questions into one mail. This puts the lazyness hurdle even higher ;-)
It's better two send one message per issue/question.
