how do i encode the parameters in this case :
<map:read src="http://foo.com/?p1=v1&p2=v2....&pN=vN"/>
It's not related to Cocoon, but it is an XML FAQ:
ampersand must be escaped by using the entity & (don't use HTML view to view this mail).
