With the straight build of cocoon, I would get an exception while
trying the JSPGenerator sample:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException(org.apache.jasper.servlet.JspServlet).
To solve the problem, I copied the cocoon/build/webapp directory to the
Tomcat webapps/ directory and ran cocoon from Tomcat. The exception
went away.
I haven't tried to get it to work with Jetty.
