The wml generated is here:

Try to remove namespaces like xmlns:page="...", some wap browsers really can't handle this...
also remove the <link href=''...'>, and your table attributes...
have a look at http://www.w3schools.com/wap/wml_reference.asp to see what element/attributes are allowed in wml.
