hi,
i had to do something similar and i wrote a specific transformer 
inspired by
EncodeURLTransformer's code. Indeed, with EncodeURLTransformer  "you can 
specify which attributes hold URL values in order to restrict URL 
rewriting to specific attributes only" (cf. javadoc).
