Running Cocoon behind a Proxy

Hi,   I’m running Cocoon behind a proxy server and I need to get RSS feed from the Internet. What I should do to tell Cocoon to use the proxy? Is it a Cocoon or Tomcat configuration?   Many thanks,   Eric
