You didn't mention whether you use flowscript or not. Assuming you do, keep in mind that the continuations only expire after a certain time. However, this shouldn't be a problem unless you are storing very large things in them (or are creating really huge amounts of them). Usually, CForm form instances aren't that large, unless maybe when using upload widgets.
