that is a daylight time problem because you don't input time,the system assume your time are 0:00,and now is sumber , the system assume you plus one hour to your system so the system minus one hour automatically,so the time became 23:00 yesturday. But you don't add one hour indeed,so the date auto minus one day. If the system use GMT or UST System,it ok,But others like CST,will have this problem.
Is there somebody know how to set the default timezone for linux , windows..?
