Why Cocoon 2.1.5 hasn't the sample of portal engine ?

Hi,
Cocoon v.2.1.4  have the sample with the newer portal engine but to my regret with bugs. When I have  installed  Cocoon  2.1.5  I  detected that  this sample is absent.  Can  anyone comment this situation ?
