"raw : /" ???

Hi all,

In  the text of sitemap for Portal-fw  I  found the string '... uri="cocoon : raw : /sunrise-roles"...'.
The  protocol "cocoon:/"  was defined  in section "Protocols"  of   document "The Sitemap".
But  can anyone say:  what is it "raw : /" and  where is it   defined ?
