Hi,

i'm transforming:
...
    <ft:form-template action="cont-#{$continuation/id}" method="POST"/>
...
with:
                <map:transform src="somepege.xsl"/>
and:
                <map type=form>

resulting: 
Could not find variable with the name of continuation

but i wanted it only be transformed by form,
tried to use CDATA tags but not workin'

any idea how?
