This automatically generated section of the documentation does not use the Javadoc as such. Rather it extracts certain specific tags e.g. @cocoon.sitemap.component.documentation ...
The remainder of the actual Javadoc are generated into the separate API documentation.
Sorry if I wasn't clear. I wasn't referring to the automatically generated portion. There is an example further down in the document that shows how to define catalogs in the sitemap. It doesn't illustrate the new feature I was commenting on, but for completeness it should.
