Hi Cocooner
Last year I was present at the Hackathon. I appreciated the talk and I
learned a lot of.
But this year I don't know if it will become an 'ask-the-expert-clinic' or
an 'hacking between hardcore developers'.

Is the agenda fixed?
nope
As I see it, the hackathon is about hacking code on Cocoon. Fixing bugs, extending it, discussion new features. So is primarily for developers. Last year there were lots of talks, too many if you ask me, and not enough hacking. This year I hope for more hacking and less talking.
+1
Whilst it is for developers, as far as I am concerned, would-be developers are just as welcome. It is simply by participating that people themselves become developers anyway. So if you want to come, and to participate in the development of Cocoon, then please sign up!
very well put!
the practicals of who does what all depends on what is decided by the people there on the spot, possibly making arrangements upfront:
so if you feel the need (I do as well, but haven't come to it yet) to plan your own day at the hackathon in advance: then use the wiki, this list or private mails for that matter to grow a crowd around a certain topic
so in your case why don't you post some details on the sick animals you are to bring to the clinic? there is a good chance some willing vets, or fellow-nursing people are going to step up and join in the fun.
(thus this means that some people might be doing/listening in on talks that look like what we had last year, you tell me)
as for what you can expect logistically: one big room that can flexibly be separated in separate sections by doing some drape-magic, tables and chairs, powerplugs all around (don't forget those will be belgian standard!) and wifi-connectivity
anything else you need: you bring yourself (I strongly suggest a laptop :-) with wifi card)
