Sorry about that, the site has not been updated yet (but of course everybody's welcome to submit a patch to the relevant documentation pages).

Thanks! I found that Wiki page and it solved all my problems. I pulled down the latest code and it worked just fine. I appreciate your help in getting this figured out.
