Ahh, after reading the javadocs more carefully, I see that I should use
the method FlowHelper.getWebContinuation(objectModel), which already
existed in 2.1.3. Mea culpa for firing off my previous mail so quickly
(but I still think the public constants should have been deprecated
before changing the access).
