Debugged the issue using eclipse (after much of
difficulty). The problem is caused due to the overridden method
processReader and processXMLPipeline in ProfilingNonCachingProcessingPipeline and ProfilingCachingProcessingPipeline.
Remove above method and problem is solved! Happy new

I am using cocoon profiler to profile my app. I noticed that the profiler2.html shows the same sample twice. Wonder if it's a bug with profiler?
