Another solution is to install cocoon on your laptop and use the
laptop for the demo. If you don't like laptops, think about using a
bootable USB stick with a LINUX installation. Although these ideas
will not work if you need furthermore access to third party systems
(e.q. enterprise Databases) or legacy data which are protected trough
firewalls or which data is to sensitive to be accessed trough the web.
However, the latter is quite an other story.
