I can't believe i missed your post on this !!

Now about the business/community issue, I understand your concern.
Cocoon would be much more appealing to IT managers if it had some
opensource tooling. At least the basic tooling. For this reason and also
some others, we, Anyware Technologies, decided to change the way our
Cocoon-related plugins are distributed and developed. There are some
things currently going on (I won't say more now), but your concerns
should be addressed more than you expect in the coming weeks.

About the current status of our plugins: you can download them for free
with an evaluation licence, and we currently are not able to answer
questions about their price. Guess why ;-)

This is some awesomely amazingly good news !!!! I won't jump conclusions but you didn't make it too difficult to read between the lines there :)

Eagerly waiting for the official announcement, Jorg

Which one is it?? According to their website, there are
only plugins for:

* Cocoon Assistant : This plugin helps you to create and organize your

Cocoon project inside the Eclipse platform.
* Cocoon Sitemap Editor : This plugins helps you to edit the Cocoon sitemap.
* Server Assistant : This plugins helps you to start a web application server from Eclipse.

hmmm, back at the last gettogether they demo'd a plugin allowing you to create CForms stuff through a GUI. I'm sure i downloaded it as well once... Either it has been discontinued or it's just bundled with one of the other plugins.

Sylvain?

Although the forms editor isn't mentioned explicitely on the webpage, it is available on our Eclipse update site. Please follow the instructions at http://www.anyware-tech.com/en/developper/EclipsePlugins/Download.html

The form definition editor should appear in the list.

These plugins are for sure not discontinued even if haven't worked much on them lately, and will soon take a new start (see [1]).
