Have a look at http://www.sourceforge.net - there are many web
based reporting tools available.
I have had a brief look at such tools about four months ago,
but the project has been cancelled by the customer, so I have
stopped my investigations.
AFAIR I have shortlisted OpenReports (Jasper based) and a
product DataDivsion. Other projectes I can remember are
iReport, JFreeReport and RLIB-report.
Not much help, but maybe some tipps for further research :)
