XSLT is a W3C specification: http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt If you're still learning XSLT you really should sign up to the XSL mail list: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list/ There are a lot of great contributors on the list; people who know XSLT intimately and are also good writers and presenters of ideas. It's compulsory to join!
