Rebuild cocoon with all blocks set to false, that is the most minimal cocoon you can get. Most
interesting stuff is in Cocoon core anyhow, apart from CForms I guess. Even Flowscript is in the core...
After rebuild, you will find a minimal sitemap.xmap and cocoon.xconf in the
build/webapp folder.
