Good one, I was looking for it myself as well.
I believe it is a setting from the application server. I'd expect Tomcat to have some settings on
it, but don't know for certain.
I do know that you can adjust the time to live with (for instance) FlowScript. But haven't tried it
yet, actually.. :-P
