Well, because I didn't find the normal solution I tried to use Cocoon 2.1.6 instead of Cocoon 2.1.7 and both promblems have gone. I still don't know if there is a solution in 2.1.7 but for my needs 2.1.6 is good enough

And it works without such error in that case. I tried to put log tranformer between xsl and i18n but the SAX looked well, without any errors. Could anybody try to help me in any way? I would be thankful.
