I'm not prepared to do this. The whole purpose of housing the file in
WEB-INF/... is that it is not within docroot, making it vulnerable to
access through the webserver. I also want to make sure it is not
accidentally overwritten with an update.

I now access it cocoon://../../WEB-INF/auth/xxx
