I'm doing big searches trough lot of files (3-400)... I'm using simply "document" function, is there any release function I'm missing?

I'm not aware of any "resource leak" in Cocoon itself. Are you doing anything special? Opening and handling many files or anything like that? For example, are you releasing all resolved sources you obtained via a SourceResolver.
