Hello Niclas,
it depends on your tools. In Linux there is the patch command which can
do this for you. If you downloaded Cocoon from Subversion you can also
let it apply the patch. But if you have not worked with the sources and
source code management tools yet, the simplest might be to just download
the three files [1] and replace them in your source tree.
