what is the ttl value of the cont on the deloyed version? Furthermore, if you 
use the expires type pipeline in cocoon, it is possible to have stale cont id 
in cached pipelines in cocoon. Otherwise, you must have done something strange, 
because by default, cforms transformer or with jx stuff is not cached in cocoon
