I finally found the solution. It was not a big deal actually.
I just modified Chiba default stylesheet html4.xsl.
Instead of loading Dojo resource from Chiba, I load Dojo resource from
Cocoon by switching from:
<script type="text/javascript"
src="{concat($contextroot,$scriptPath,'dojo-0.4/dojo.js')}"> </script>
to:
<script type="text/javascript"
src="{concat($contextroot,'/_cocoon/resources/dojo/dojo.js')}"> </script>
