Try com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.jsp.servlet.JspServlet instead, or alternatively, use the JSPEngineImplNamedDispatcherInclude engine implementation and configure it for the servlet-name "JSP 1.2 Processor" (as displayed in the server's SystemOut.log when an application starts).
