The problem is now fixed, some times ago...
It is because spring AOP only works when one call a transactional method
from an external class call, not from the same class.
So we have to make our services transactionnal and called by cocoon
transformers not make the transformers transactionnal.

alas, my problem was not solved.
The AOP around transaction is what make the war statup on jonas
failed. but i don't have yet managed to
work around the aop problem.
