This looks good, but I don't see the RTF serializer here.

I did a search for RTF here, but did not find a match either. I was a little
overwhelmed because I'm not sure of what I am looking at.

What is the best source of documentation? The web site? I have a copy of the
"Cocoon Developers Handbook" which has a copyright of 2003. Is any of that
still valid? It seems like it would be pretty old.

I'm particularly interested in enabling database access. Are there any more
modern examples than those I see in "Cocoon Developer's Handbook"?
