I'm not sure, perhaps Reinhard can tell you, but by the looks of it this
page is actually 2 years old. Plans were made a long time ago regarding
what cocoon 2.2 should do and how we could improve the documentation.
You can now find the documentation of cocoon 2.2 online at the cocoon
homepage.
