Accessing external JAR files

Hi,
I would prefer never having to redeploy Cocoon when developing. Heck, I 
would prefer never having to redeploy period. In Cocoon 2.1, to include 
personalised functionality, we had to bundle our JARs with Cocoon and 
redeploy. Does 2.2 allow us to instead look at a classpath  for jars and 
dynamically reloading those jars when they have changed?
