We have a recuirement that our portal should be configurable by the portal administrator (editing .properties files etc) and by superusers (from a GUI). Is there a Cocoon-best-practice on how to do this? We use Cocoon 2.2 and the .properties files are packaged into jars so that they're not editable without a complete re-packaging of the project.
