Thanks a lot for you help. The hint about the importPackage was the key
for the solution. A least i removed a import of one of my new service
classes and replace it with some line of JavaScript code.
I have no idea why a simple module import can cause such heavy blocking,
but I'm happy that my application works now very nice under heavy load.
About reloading: I was successful disable it, but it had no effect on
the blocking problem
