Pipeline generation and execution dinamically

Hi all,

I'm using Cocoon 2.2, and I want to know if it's possible to generate 
and execute a pipeline on Cocoon's runtime.
I want to give the user the possibility to define their owns workflows, 
and maps this workflows to Cocoon's pipelines, all this, without 
restarting the application. Is this possible?.
