Apache Lenya 2.02 with Cocoon 2.1 and Tomcat 6.0

some time ago had a similar problem. 
The problem was a  Jetty Process ran in the background. 
I have this finished and a new build out. 
Then I could start Lenya. 
The processes you can find under linux with ps -aux
