Hi,
I am currently getting a log file with debug-level messages that are
not useful to me, and which cause a problem for the system
administrators, since they pile up fast. The log file is getting
DEBUG-level messages.
This is, I assume, the default setup. I have tried following the
instructions at
http://cocoon.apache.org/2.2/core-modules/core/2.2/1399_1_1.html,
making a settings.properties file with the line
org.apache.cocoon.log4j.loglevel=ERROR
but this has no apparent effect. Is this not what I do to reduce the
logging down from DEBUG? (It seems to be the implication of the
documentation that this is what I do, but I'm not absolutely sure.)
I'm running Cocoon 2.2. Thanks for any help you can offer.
Regards,
Wendell
