I am trying out some things with the new exception generator, and
because i want to customize the messages for the customer i am
interested in finding a reference to the schema the documet produced
from the generator refers to. So, has anyone seen a xsd fitting to the
namespace
http://apache.org/cocoon/exception/1.0
