Cocoon App as a Web Application Bundle (WAB)

Are there any instructions around on how to make a cocoon application in a web application bundle to install in an OSGI container?
I have an application with 3 blocks: web-app (block1,block2,block3). I imagine I have to create an activator but was wondering if someone has already done this.
